EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for the following full-time staff positions for an anticipated five-year USAID project named, Expanding and Strengthening Family Planning Service Options in Uganda. The following project staff will be based in Kampala providing technical assistance to the Government of Uganda (GOU), civil societies, community-based organizations and the private sector at the community, facility, district, and national levels. The goal of the project is to increase use of equitable, quality and sustainable family planning (FP) services through increased FP service delivery options and demand for modern contraception including longacting reversible contraception (LARCs) and permanent methods (PMs). Cross cutting themes include gender programing and youth sexual reproductivehealth(SRH)services.Fluency in written and spokenEnglish is required for all the following positions: Chief of Party (COP); Deputy COP;Director,FPServiceDelivery; Director,FinancialManagementand Operations; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor (ME&L).

The ME&L Advisor will be responsible for the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and research plans that informprogram implementation,managementandstrategicdirectionof the project. S/he shall lead the knowledge management function and learning agenda. S/he must have a degree in epidemiology, statistics, or health related field, and six years of relevant work experience in ME&L in donor funded projects, and demonstrated research experience and skills, complemented by experience in collaborating with various types of partners.
